Job Title: Programmer – Game Engine(Computational Physics & AI Simulation)
Location: Hybrid / Remote – Canada
Employment Type: Contract / Full-Time
Role Overview
This role combines physics simulation, AI modeling, and 3D gameplay integration. The ideal candidate will help resolve physics challenges, enhance environmental realism, and use real-world and simulated data to model dynamic, responsive gameplay behaviors (such as ball trajectories, spin, and collision realism).
You’ll collaborate with the development team to design intelligent, physics-aware interactions that make our Sports Metaverse and VR worlds feel more natural, data-driven, and lifelike.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex physics issues in 3D and VR gameplay environments (collision, motion, forces, and material dynamics).
 - Apply Computational Physics principles to simulate realistic ball movement, environmental response, and physical interactions.
 - Develop data-driven AI models to predict and simulate “next ball delivery” mechanics based on historical data, motion capture, and gameplay analytics.
 - Work closely with developers to integrate C++ based physics engines or low-level system logic into gameplay features.
 - Collaborate with design and AI teams to ensure that simulations align with user experience goals and real-world dynamics.
 - Optimize performance for real-time gameplay, balancing computational intensity and rendering fidelity.
 - Prototype and validate AI-driven gameplay scenarios for predictive and adaptive physics behavior.
 - Document solutions, contribute to R&D on intelligent gameplay systems, and mentor developers on technical implementation.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Computational Physics, Applied Mathematics, or Game Engineering.
 - Strong proficiency in C++, with solid understanding of machine-level and memory optimization concepts.
 - Proven understanding of kinematics, rigid body dynamics, and fluid/particle simulation.
 - Data handling and visualization experience for gameplay analytics and optimization.
 - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a creative, research-oriented mindset.
 - Knowledge of BluePrints scripting (Unreal) or C# scripting (Unity).
 - Exposure to data science or sports analytics models for performance simulation.

What We Offer:
- Opportunity to work at the intersection of VR, AI, and the Sports Metaverse.
 - A collaborative environment where innovation meets purpose.
 - Flexible work arrangements and performance-based growth opportunities.
 - The chance to shape the next generation of interactive, data-driven gameplay experiences.
 - Comprehensive health insurance and additional employee benefits.
