Position Overview:
PixelPaddle, an innovative platform at the forefront of the Sports Metaverse with integrated FIAT and cryptocurrency transactions, is seeking a skilled Unity Developer to join our team. This role is essential to creating and optimizing immersive interactive experiences within Unity, incorporating advanced financial elements, and delivering a high-quality, engaging experience to our users. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Unity development, real-time interaction, and eCommerce integrations, along with a strong understanding of how to blend interactive elements with seamless financial functionalities.
Key Responsibilities:
Unity Development
- Leverage Unity3D to design, develop, and enhance interactive features and functionalities for an engaging Sports Metaverse experience.
- Collaborate closely with developers, artists, and designers to ensure a cohesive, polished, and immersive platform for users.
FIAT and Crypto Integration
- Integrate FIAT and Crypto transaction capabilities into Unity components, working with the development team to provide a secure and seamless financial experience.
- Optimize Unity functionalities related to financial transactions and interactive elements, focusing on usability and smooth performance.
Real-Time Interaction
- Develop real-time interactive elements within Unity, enhancing user engagement and promoting deep interaction with the platform.
- Optimize and troubleshoot performance to deliver a smooth, responsive user experience across various devices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with 3D artists, back-end developers, and other team members to ensure Unity-based components are seamlessly integrated into the overall platform design.
- Engage in agile development practices, including sprint planning, code reviews, and team discussions, contributing actively to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Unity Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing interactive and immersive experiences.
- Advanced proficiency in C# and Unity framework fundamentals, with experience developing complex Unity applications.
- Experience in integrating financial elements, such as FIAT and Crypto transactions, into Unity-based platforms.
- Strong knowledge of real-time interactive design and principles for maximizing user engagement.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working effectively within a cross-functional, team-oriented environment.
